The building is located between American Whiskey and 243 W 30th st. The building has a gold awning with 247 at the front entrance.
Arrival instructions:
If the door is locked, you’ll need the code. On the small keypad at the door, enter code 1223. The light will blink green at the bottom, which means the door is unlocked (there will be no sound). Open the right-side door and come inside!
Take the elevator to the 9th floor
Drawing Room is located on the 9th floor - unit 9R. Press the gold “up” button. The 9th floor is never locked and you do not need the code again.
The button is between the key locks and keypad.
